★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湯頭雖然是紅燒的，但並不會過鹹，感覺有加一點番茄下去熬煮，個人很喜歡這樣溫順的湯頭，以120$來說，牛肉麵的誠意十足。
水餃很飽滿，而且是皮薄餡料很多的那種，點了蔥肉水餃，一口咬下肉汁跟蔥花伴隨著些許白胡椒香在嘴裡散開，65$有十顆也是合情合理。
乾麵在水準之上。
Although the soup is braised, it is not too salty. I feel like I add a little tomato and cook it. I personally like this kind of gentle soup. For 120$, the beef noodles are full of sincerity.
The dumplings are very plump, and they are thin-skinned and filled with a lot of stuffing. I ordered the scallion and meat dumplings. I took a bite of the gravy and chopped green onion and spread out in my mouth with a little white pepper fragrant. It is reasonable to have ten pieces for 65$.
Dry noodles are above level.
