Mon tour a été annulé la vieille. Normalememt ils peuvent annuler jusqu'à 2 jours avant, mais je n'avais aucune nouvelle donc je leur ai ecrit. C'est la qu'ils m'ont dit que c'était annulé car pas assez de participant... Vraimemt pas sérieux

Be aware this is not a travel agency, per se. It is not an office where one one can walk in and plan travel. Google is wrong in posting office hours, etc. It's by appointment only, according to the front desk of the apartment building. I get the feeling that this is a mostly online tour operator.

I organized a private tour of Taipei and Hualien with my family. I communicated VIP email with Judy. She's very thoughtful and quick to respond. Our tour guide was Ali. We wasn't only talk about stunning scenic but also tough of Taiwan issues. He's a real knowledgeable person. We were very comfortable with his amusing talk. I will definitely recommend roundTAIWANround to friends and family who intend to visit Taiwan. I look forward to return to Taiwan in the near future.

The travel program in English for ARC holder seems to be friendly to foreigners, but not for Taiwanese. It was an uncomfortable experience for me. My foreigner friend without ARC and I thought to travel together with the Hualien program. The traveling team told us to fill up the form first and they will put us in the waiting list (cause priority to ARC holder). We all filled up the form and were asked to pay the deposit to complete the inscription. We paid almost at the same time. She got accepted for the traveling team right away but I’m on the waiting list to wait 4 days to know the result because I’m Taiwanese. But I saw that there were still one place left for the trip. (LOL so they were just waiting for someone to replace the ppl on waiting list ?! ) At the end, I wasn’t accepted for the group and they told us that if I want to receive my 1,000 ntd deposit back, I’ll have to pay the transfer fee myself. (Not informed at any email or message they provided). Traveling team told me that they leaved the priority for foreigners is because they are more skilled in organizing trips for foreigner travelers and Taiwanese tend to have different traveling habits. Then said that they will have traveling group for Taiwanese on August. Seems that they don’t think that Taiwanese can be able to travel with other ppl from different countries?! Besides, I don’t think that foreigners all have the same habit! After all, just feel no respect and discrimination. ARC holder的團是優先給有居留證的外國人->沒居留證外國人，最後才是給台灣人參加，如果你是台灣人想跟外國朋友一起出遊的話最好再考慮一下。 不懂為什麼候補名單上的人還是得要先繳交訂金，既然不希望台灣人來參加這個團乾脆說這團只開放給外國人就好。匯訂金後等了4天才知道候補沒上(所以在等其他外國人繳費，好把候補名單的人剔除是嗎？)，且訂金歸還前也沒有先告知若非國泰世華的話轉帳費要自行吸收，讓人覺得滿不尊重、不專業的，感受很差。

Best way to tour... beats the lines and crowding that goes with large group tour buses. Had two different tour guides for Hualien and Taipei - both had their own style which was perfect for each location. Safe drivers. Highly recommended. Judy very efficient & helpful with coordinating our tours and managing account.

This time I’ve went to Cingjing and Hehuanshan 2 Days 1 Night from May 1st to 2nd. I booked point to point shuttle “Tripool”. The driver Jay Zheng was so nice. He checked my schedule and pick me up on time. I’ve considered taking bus from HSR Taichung to Cingjing, and from Cingjing to Hehuanshan. But, I’m not sure how to book tickets and whether if there is no seat that I can’t get on the bus. I think the price is no much difference between Tripool and shuttle bus, so I tried to take Tripool which seems more convenience, and I’m glad that I choose it. I was lucky enough that the 2 days were sunny day. It’s very good experience.
