★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best bar in town by far. Wow compared to Taipei the food and drinks are so cheap and both offer on excellent choice of pub fayre. I really loved the vast choice of music too. The decor is nice but most of all the friendly owner, probably a pirate in his last life, is a real, colourful character with some great yarns to tell The clientel is an ecletic mix of local students, travellers. teachers and high earning expats. We shall certainly return, hopefully with a crowd of mates very soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner/bartender was extremely disrespectful. He after getting our orders completely wrong got IRATE and cursed out my group of friends and I. We were embarrassed and felt marginalized as a ramification of said treatment by the owner/bartender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this place by looking for a good hamburger place in town when I spent the night here. Have to say I wasn’t disappointed. First. The food was delicious. Excellent hamburger and fries. and the price was very reasonable. My plan was to eat, have a beer or two and head to my room and crash for the night, but I ended up engaging in a conversation with a few others and that turned out to be the highlight of the night. So great meeting people from so many different places and different backgrounds all in one place. Ended up having a long talk with the owner, what a nice guy, and getting to know a little about him and his background. So long story short, great food, great atmosphere, and great owner. I will make sure to make it back in the future.
