★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They helped me with neck/shoulder problems. Soni (probably misspelling name) was the most knowledgeable yoga instructor I've ever met. Fluent in Taiwanese Chinese and English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great teachers. The classes are excellent in English and Chinese; however, YOU CAN'T REGISTER FOR ANY CLASSES. Due to the pandemic they understandably closed many classes. Yet now, they refuse to open any new classes. When speaking to staff they tell you to go on the wait list or simply do not respond to your complaint. TERRIBLE customer service. They are cheating their members. They make their members sign a contract and pay fees for services they no longer offer. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took yoga classes for 3 months here. The instructors were great, but the service quality of the counter staff were very poor. and Yoga mats often smell dirty.
The consultant said he would help me get the free trial, but after I signed up, he said that I couldn't get the free trial because I had already registered.
I would never recommend this place to anyone who cares a little about the service.
