有其中一似乎是幫忙預掛櫃檯護士小姐的態度極差無比,讓人難以想像的差勁,想問一下這不是也是身心科診所嗎?對於患者極其沒有耐心,只是真的想要了解釐清現場掛號與預掛的機制是如何運作,好讓之後不會造成時間上安排的錯誤也不造成診所的麻煩。 其一護士直接說:如果都遇到「像你們這種人」,我們不就很難做事還會被罵死? 我想請問「像你們這種人是什麼意思」 那名護士說完也未解釋轉頭就走。 我能理解醫護人員的辛苦,但今天,一位患者只是想理解一些問題,也並沒有用不好的話來對待醫護人員,患者就活該被這樣對待嗎?(那位護士態度很差不是第一次,忍很久,不然就是一問三不知直接無視) 醫生確實非常有耐心也醫術良好,但護士的態度真的讓人難以忍受。 我來看身心科確實是有我的問題,但我並不是不講理的神經病。

醫生很專業也很有耐心,只是櫃檯人員的服務真的是很不專業… 看診中間出來做檢測,然後就一直忘記要把病患排回去診間,反映兩次還是一樣忘記,一路等超久 然後候診期間看著櫃檯人員大聲聊天嘻哈,真的是看的很無言

更新: 謝謝診所善意回覆,其實醫生和護士都很好、很客氣,也謝謝診所願意進一步討論更好的方式。 此次看診體驗不佳,只差1個候診號碼卻等了一個小時,而且等的患者都是比我晚到診所的,原因: 1、臨時來的快速取藥約5~6位,等了半小時 2、比我晚到但可以當場預約,又等了半個小時 其實第一次看診體驗很好,吃藥後也有改善很多,所以今天排了回診。大概在19:05抵達並掛號40號,過了約5~10分鐘後來了一位初診的先生,因為那位先生不想等太久,櫃檯小姐很貼心的幫他預約了20:00的時間,那時我心裡想「他的預約應該會排在目前已經有現場掛號的人之後吧!」,就繼續耐心等候。 結果大概19:55左右38號看診完畢,問了櫃檯前面只剩39號,但……一個39號卻進去了5~6個快速取藥的人。我想沒關係,這是醫院體貼的制度,下一個就輪到我了,好不容易取藥的人告一段落,大概也已經是20:20(也就是說拿藥的人已經拖長半小時了,建議應該要與候診病人穿插)。但……這時!竟然護士小姐先請那位「比我晚到診所,但因為是初診所以可以預約的病人 」入診間…… 也許這是診所的制度,但「當場預約」應該也要排在先現場掛號的人之後比較合理。就好像你在餐廳候位,有一組人比你晚到,但他直接預約半小時後,結果半小時後他可以入場,你卻得繼續等的感覺一樣。 但對診所也不好意思,因為我一直拼命在忍耐,但在等了那位我覺得他插我隊的先生快半小時後,我真的忍不住而焦慮發作痛哭。 建議診所在「現場預約而不是提早電話預約的患者,卻可以排在已先到場的掛號前面」這個方式,是不是可以調整一下?謝謝。

2022.06.10更 06.09看診結束後詢問櫃檯人員有關初診者後到卻可先看診的疑問,你們解釋為今年新制,復診者也可以指定時間但是要「額外付費」--->煩請google回覆要說清楚喔這點沒提到呢! 櫃台有清楚相關說明-->OK那下次回診我會仔細留意,但貴診所的官網&LINE並無告知,個人認為只在櫃檯實體貼公告但未在網路方面布達清楚唯恐罔顧複診病患之權益; 因去年個人初診尚未有這項制度且5個月前其他病患也於google評論留下類似疑問當時貴診所回覆針對這部分會再開會討論改善。 不過昨日詢問櫃台卻告知為今年新制,建議資訊上透明度可再提升加強;避免讓複診者認為貴診所只照顧新會員,老會員自己在旁邊慢慢等吧的感受 btw初診者須花較多時間看診--->可以理解 但初診者於指定時間抵達看診+花較多時間=同時段的複診者也是花較多時間等待=還是會產生塞車狀況 so, 新制做法真的有分流效益嗎? --------------------------------------------- 醫生人很好很專業,吃藥改善很多 大部分回診時間都是看官網看診進度抓時間,每次真的很難抓能理解大家狀況不同因而看診時間變動也大 但是…無法理解為何初診現場掛號且比我晚半小時以上的病患可以比3個月前預約掛號但比較早到的我優先看診 如果貴診所有回診預約&初診掛號切割分流制度的話,那還是應該以現場哪位優先掛號為順序主軸吧? 完全不明白為何櫃檯安排比較晚到且現場掛號的人優先進去,還比我前面10幾號? 看了你們之前的回覆表示有三劑疫苗&用藥固定的病患會優先;我想健保卡刷下去一目了然吧⋯⋯ 但櫃檯依舊安排我在原本的號碼而我至少看到2位初診&比我晚掛號的人先看診 嗯….這好像不太ok吧? btw我不是例外 理解醫生病患多需要時間仔細看診,理解需要等待 但無法理解櫃檯不是以掛號先來後到安排看診( ・᷄ὢ・᷅ ) 懇請改善,乾溫!
