★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 強烈建議貴診所的掛號櫃檯小姐，應選用曾經罹患過身心科疾病經驗的人來服務病人，才更能夠感同身受理解病人發病當下的狀態與需求，理解一個在強烈想自殺時鼓起勇氣走進診所，卻因遲了兩分鐘無法掛初診，轉身離開診所後一分鐘又含著眼淚走進診所問櫃檯，可以通融一下讓我掛初診嗎？櫃檯回答依舊是SOP的….我們只掛到四點，你可以先填資料，晚上再來看….一個相當加深人痛苦的櫃檯小姐。

原本在別間醫院看診
後來因為時間因素就進來看診
因為有自殺念頭所以即便沒有很多的對談，醫師就把我歸為重鬱症。
進入診間（精神科）後通常只會寒暄兩三句，就開始說藥物作用合不合適，以及開藥。
後來狀況持續不佳，幾乎每去一次就換藥一次，適應藥物副作用的過程很痛苦，甚至開始失望⋯⋯
最後是回到原醫院找原醫師就診才把一些副作用減緩或消除。
個人不推。會覺得我只是來拿藥的。

Later, the condition continued to be poor, and the medication was changed almost every time I went there. The process of adapting to the side effects of the medication was painful and even began to disappoint...
In the end, some side effects can be slowed down or eliminated after returning to the original hospital to see the original doctor.
Individuals do not push. It feels like I'm just here to get the medicine.
