Outstanding service and meal. The apple pie is so unforgettable. All dishes are perfect. Good atmosphere and experience.

More of a contemporary decor, less of a traditional a steakhouse feel. Crab cakes were pretty good, lots of meat. Cobb salad was refreshing. The side dishes, mashed potatoes and cream spinach were both delicious. The steak, was so so, unfortunately. Something was missing, maybe it wasn't flavorful enough, lacked that special crispy char crust.... Service was good!

Oh boy. Well, service was decent... but the environment felt like a budget hotel dining area. Soup amd crab mushrooms were good. Salad was terrible. Steaks (ribeye and fillet) were bland and chewy. Sides were sub-par. Dessert and wine were pretty good. Not worth 10k ntd for 2 people. Probably won't return.

This branch is definitely more fancy than the other songshan one. But the same delicious food and great service. This branch is great for a date night as the ambiance is much more suitable.

The best steakhouse in Taipei. Were were served by Larry, he was so nice and thoughtful. He suggested not to order too many appetizer since their portion is big! Wonderful ribeye, super delicious crab cake and they even offered to print our picture for remembrance. Tried so many steakhouse in Taipei and Ruth's is definitely our favorite ?

Had the ribeye steak. Firstly, the prices of steak in Taiwan is very high. The 340-gram is already 1750 NTD. I ordered this one. Due to a misunderstanding the staff served me the 450 gram steak. I pointed out when I was about to pay that I did not order the 16oz ( 450 gram ) steak. The staff was very helpful in this case. Steak: American grain/corn fed raised beef which was totally fine. I just don't get the redundant point of serving the steak on a plate that is literally frying the steak. Yes you need warm plates but the staff told me to order the steak rare if I want medium rare since it keeps frying on the plate....? Steak does not need to be piping hot especially when the sauce is not even very warm. This made 1 side of the steak actually crawl up to medium and I had to take it off the plate not to cook it further. The steak tasted good no matter what. Had fries for 320 NTD!! They were good but 320 NTD for some fries....? The pepper sauce ( au poivre ), was acceptable but lacks depth and balance. The asparagus were very good. I was surprised how good they were. Very fresh and definitely not overcooked. Very nice. The hollandaise was not bad as well. Creme brulee: taste good and the caramelised top was nice since it was not burned ( black ). Overall a good experience but compared to Europe the prices of a simple steak with side is extremely high...Still worth a visit if you want steak since I haven't been able to find anything more valuable.

First visit this branch for my boyfriend’s birthday. Still love their bread, lobster soup, filet and dessert. Though I found a piece of plastic thing in our wild mushrooms. The staff apologized rapidly and told us that the side was free of charge. They also gave us another dessert. Overall we had a wonderful experience. They offered to print our picture for memories.

Amazing service. Great environment. Fine food. I think overall it's a very nice experience! You can feel like at home, easygoing but classy. The quality of the meat is good. There is a bar at the entrance but after a big meal you won't feel like stopping by there. Their desserts are excellent. A place to go back!
