第一次前往門市的消費體驗不太好,刷卡完問店員不用簽名嗎?店員竟然說不用,過了五分鐘又說要簽名,拿出一個鑽石袋說要送我,裝袋的時候又說我沒到消費金額不能送你,真的多此一舉了

3/30在官網上訂購商品(我確定當時沒有註明要預購……本人消費習慣不會做預購消費!)等很久一直沒收到貨……上官網詢問才被告知要預購!(期間沒有任何通知……訂單被悄悄更改成預購!) 詢問後表明不想預購要求退款~便開始刁!(如附件!)期間一直打官腔……不知道的還以為是跟五百大企業購物勒? 美甲商品有時候就是搶新鮮感……如果知道要預購……本人是不會購買的!退款還要這麼久時間……擺明了故意拖延! 貴公司也是知名店家(坦白講在美業待這樣久……第一次碰到有店家退款這樣刁的!) 真是見識貴公司格局了!開眼界了!(嘖嘖嘖!可惜妳們總監在業界的好名聲……要被拖累了!)
