建案不是林志玲卻開出林志玲的價格?非常的不可取
銷售人員還會狗眼看人低，看你太年輕的臉就一個推一個接待你，就是一個20,000,000的建案而已不知道在跩什麼?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 位處台北舊社區的捷運共構19層大樓，隔鄰有延三夜市、雙連夜市、家樂福及傳統市場，生活機能不錯！除A棟外，B、C兩棟戶數多電梯少，其中B棟有部份規劃為社會住宅。建案雖號稱抗震宅，但樓上樓下及家戶之間隔音差。三樓公設還不能使用，清潔人員幾乎天天努力的打掃。
Located in Taipei’s old community, the MRT consists of a 19-story building. Next to it are Yansan Night Market, Shuanglian Night Market, Carrefour and the traditional market. The living function is good! Except for Building A, Buildings B and C have more households and fewer elevators, and part of Building B is planned for social housing. Although the construction project is known as an earthquake-resistant house, the sound insulation between the upstairs and downstairs and the households is poor. The public building on the third floor is not yet available, and the cleaning staff work hard to clean it almost every day.
