但是最近去店內看時～有個男店員給人感觀較差
詢問商品時回答就是（我們沒有賣那種低階的東西喔～說話比較不經修飾….?️
昨日有跟貴店消費Most車手頭…一樣的男店員拿貨給我朋友，車手頭的配件還不知道要一起附，我朋友跟他說那個配件要附…是車手頭的配件，…男店員跟我朋友說100%確定不是車手頭的配件以為是車架組的配件硬要凹…後來我朋友堅持是車手頭配件還跟他說組裝位置才肯給…（這裡對產品的專業知識及熟悉度希望要再加強，不過男店員你沒附到配件就算了…就回客人說不好意思～我確認一下確認是少附了補一下就好了⋯⋯實在是沒必要後面又補一句話說你們車店都賣一體式的…聽起來好像感覺我買這個車手頭很低階的感覺？！我可以跟那個男店員講…一體式車手也是需要附那個迫緊的配件，所以這個跟一體不一體式車手根本沒關係?️
而且車手頭是組在車架組上…但我前一天已先轉帳付款…難道不應該先把商品先從車架組上移植下來包裝好嗎？！還需要客人去拿時在那等你拆…這有點不ok…除上敘問題外…其他兩位女店員相對比較起來服務態度算很好?所以我給三顆星！

Yesterday, the same male clerk who bought the Most driver from your store brought the goods to my friend. I didn't know that the driver's accessories should be attached together. My friend told him that the accessories should be attached ... it was the driver's accessories, ... The male clerk followed My friend said that he was 100% sure that it wasn't the driver's accessories. He thought it was the frame set's accessories that had to be concave... Later, my friend insisted that it was the driver's accessories and told him the assembly position before he was willing to give it... (Here's professional knowledge and familiarity with the product I hope it needs to be strengthened, but it’s fine if you didn’t attach the accessories, male clerk... I’ll just say sorry to the customer~ I’ll make sure that it’s a little less attached and make up for it... There’s really no need to add a word about your car shop later. They all sell one piece... it sounds like I'm buying this driver with a very low-level feeling?! I can tell the male clerk... One piece riders also need to attach that urgent accessory, so this one is not one piece driver. It doesn't matter at all ?️
And the rider is on the frameset...but I made the payment the day before...Shouldn't the merchandise be transplanted from the frameset first and packaged? ! You also need to wait for you to disassemble it when the customer picks it up... This is a bit not OK... Except for the above-mentioned problem... The other two female clerks have a relatively good service attitude, so I give three stars!

Tires were not inflated, no sealant was added. Derailleur setup cable left unfinished. Spokes front wheel loose. Very expensive. Not recommended.
Brought bike to another shop to finish.
