無關理髮技術,今日九點到店,但是一直等到9:40都沒有開門,中途也是有好幾個客人等到離開,建議店家如果無法這麼早開門營業,時間可以寫晚一點,不然讓想上門理髮的顧客空等,對店家商譽也是一個損傷。

在這家店前後剪了四次,一次阿姨,一次小姐,男孩兩次,兩次髮型被剪爛,找阿姨跟小姐姐,都救回來了,一次男生孩剪感覺不錯,於是把髮型拍了起來,昨天晚上6:40開始等剪髮,目前號碼90號,我抽113號,在門口等了兩小時30分鐘,就為了等他的服務跟品質,9:15輪到我剪,進去不到三分鐘,就被男孩機會教育,我要剪層次跟他溝通,卻說後面客人很多,需要什麼趕快講,對他們很不好意思,我能說什麼,你剪過的照片給你看了,我也沒佔到多少時間,等了兩小時30分鐘22位客人,就為了再給你剪第二次,等到這服務當天品質也剪的很差,還能說甚麼,兩個女生都能剪,千萬別給這男孩剪,EQ太差,你會不好意思,想故服務跟品質,你就不該接這麼多,忙不來對我發洩,很爽嗎?我不是你的客人就對了。貴店要解決這問題的話,我建議門口貼上兩分鐘快剪,不然客人實在不知道,男孩有多速。
