★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been to quite a few of this pork cutlets chain restaurant's locations, even the ones in Japan. Liked their unlimited shredded cabbage salad, marinated daikon, sweet black beans and other seasonal vegetables. The fried pork cutlets have been great too, lightly battered, tender, juicy and tasty. However, today, we ordered the winter special, pork shabu shabu in miso soup base with various vegetables. The miso soup base was not salty, but flavorful, and the pork slices were good quality meat. At close to $400 per person, it was not cheap, but acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queue takes about 20-30 mins in the weekends, although there are empty tables inside. Feels understaffed only 2 waiters and 1 receptionist/counter.
After gotten called, we enter and sitted, but waited for our order for about another 20mins before our pork cutlet came, the side dishes were not bad, the pork 腰內tasted delicious and crispy, where as the other 特上厚切老饕里 have more fatty meat but comes with a very strong pork taste that is not so pleasant in our opinion. Side dishes on the other hand tasted good and refillable, finely chopped cabbage goes well with the sauces.
Overall, might come back for the one with the 豬排腰內 and the delicious side small dishes。
