店裡面的食材大到豬排肉要挑筋、炸魚炸蝦自行裹粉；小到飯後的甜點豆花、馬鈴薯沙拉上的蜂蜜芥末醬，全部都是自己製作，只為了讓顧客享受到最天然健康的食材。其中，招牌的咖哩醬更是利用蘋果自己熬煮製成，吃起來散發著天然的甘甜，讓人回味再三。
用料實在、功夫扎實、用心經營的一家店，下次來嘉義一定要再來吃！
