★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 極為糟糕的剪髮體驗。預約時間到空等了二十分鍾，剪沒五分鐘設計師接著去服務下一位客人，約十分鐘後另一位設計師來協助洗髮，回座位上等設計師回來收尾最後修出來和一開始討論完全不一樣的髮型。
Terrible haircut experience. I waited for 20 minutes when the appointment time was up, and after 5 minutes, the designer went to serve the next customer. After about 10 minutes, another stylist came to assist with the shampoo. I went back to my seat and waited for the stylist to come back and finish the repair. Start talking about a completely different hairstyle.
