今天下午去洗頭,坐下來的時候,有一位男性服務員來幫我服務,他在幫我放肩膀毛巾跟防水的一片塑膠的時候,我先請他等一下,我脫個外套,脫下來之後他也沒有想要幫我處理,還是我詢問他,請問外套要掛哪裡,他才很不耐煩的說你先放著,等等會幫我拿去掛,(但其實我的外套非常大件,放在位子上,我很難坐),後來他來幫我稍微梳一下頭髮,也不知道是不是不會處理長頭髮,弄得我非常痛,但是我有先忍著,想說如果還一直很不舒服再跟他說,但後來他也發現他處理不了,就直接請我過去洗頭(他才梳了我左邊的髮尾幾次而已,右邊髮尾完全沒梳到,所以我才覺得他應該算是沒有處理完成就帶我去洗頭) 再來就是洗頭的可怕階段,洗頭的時候超燙 講了之後那個服務員直接把我扯下來,但是水溫還是超燙,我又彈起來,但是他又把我扯下去,調到第三次水溫之後,才終於是ok 的水溫…但是開始洗頭也是很可怕…洗頭超級大力 是眼睛會變成瞇瞇眼這種大力。後來我也有請他小力一點。 洗頭的部分毫無技術可言,完全洗表面,就是捏一捏、搓一搓的感覺而已。完全沒有舒服的感覺…因為我算是一個月會去洗一次頭的人,我真的第一次遇到這種完全沒有洗頭技術可言的經驗,除了水溫之外就是水花大到,我放在肚子的眼鏡都噴到水。 過程中還發生一件事,就是洗了第一次之後要沖頭髮,沖兩三下而已,馬上洗第二次,我整個感覺都還是泡泡,請問理髮廳的大家,這是正常的嗎? 再來我說一個跟他服務沒關的事情就是洗頭髮的地方有兩個位子,另外一個位子開水在幫客人洗頭到時候,水花會直接噴我的臉….噴到三次吧…我已經不知道該說什麼了。 結束之後我坐起來,他直接在我後面抽掉防水的,超大力抽掉,唰的一聲的那種,講了一句回座唷,就走掉,我坐下來之後拿了兩根棉花棒走到我旁邊,伸手過來 一句話都不說,我還要接過來放在桌上。 體驗極差 態度極差,這個人員的技術 態度也極差。 附上我超濕的口罩,兩邊是全濕,兩側的部分也是濕的,但是拍不太出來…. 剛剛才發現照片傳不上去,可惜…
