★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 當初安裝不到一個月就反應冷氣偶爾吹不涼,反應當時人員,就說沒有,正常,後來導致冷氣直接也不怎麼吹了,標榜七年保固,現在卻推給經銷商,當初沒登陸就沒有?難道經銷買的,售後服務就差這麼多?
撥了2次客服,說有技術師傅會聯絡,要一個月了,也沒人聯絡

除了是本身品牌的維修服務點,也負責代理其他廠牌的售後。要購買材料跟維修收送件的窗口不一樣,剛進去的是要購買材料的窗口,如果要送件要更裡面唷。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 送修時明明手把好好的,領貨時已經壞掉了,訊問師傅還說維修不會用到手把,根本不承認!還整台髒兮兮的!發誓以後不用聲寶了。。。。維修品質有夠差勁

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4年前因為微波爐的門把故障有來過,今天是我第二次親自拿小家電過來服務中心維修(電熱水瓶上蓋塑把),整體上依然實際的給五星評讚,也想表達感謝之意,站在SAMPO消費者的立場來看,再遠的距離赴此送修,個人認為仍是值得的???
今天取送件窗口的櫃檯小姊姊非常忙祿,但當她看見客人到達後,即非常有禮貌地詢問,並傾聽產品的故障問題,然後立即開單並同步幫我找維修部工程師,且立即確認零部件的庫存與報價…..當我尚來不及消化如此幸運的心情時,正想打開手機的line剛划了那麼一下….「先生您好~~」啊!已OK修好了& 當場付款,並馬上開立電子發票,整個過程13分鐘不到。我只能當面向這倆位效率100分的櫃檯小姐和工程師(雄哥)感謝再感謝(thanks & hugs…?)

Before I could digest such a lucky feeling, I just swiped the line that was about to open my phone..."Hello sir~~" Ah! It has been repaired and paid on the spot, and an electronic invoice will be issued immediately. The whole process takes less than 13 minutes. I can only face these two counter girls and engineers (Brother Xiong) who are 100 efficient, thank you again (thanks & hugs…?)
