★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前因為電池膨脹所以來換電池，櫃檯表示需要整體檢測，不一定能只換電池，而且因為各種原因手機可能會需要重置，建議備份後再來維修，維修時間大約兩小時，維修1200檢測400，如果檢測後要重置，我決定不維修也要400；之後強調手機其他地方有問題的話沒關係，我只要換電池就好，別搞到重置，店員又把上面的話再說了一次。
所以我就去了附近的維修店，15分鐘1000元搞定，用到現在兩個月了；我了解三星可能因為各種原因制定了一系列的維修流程，但消費者得到的結論是換顆電池資料可能不見，這就很離譜。
