Fast, efficient and cool service (with free water, candy, internet and wifi). They replaced the cellphone battery of my friend in less than an hour!

Poor service in general with only a particular couple of great employees worth mentioning. One being the branch service manager. Got dismissed for my battery drain problem during the warranty period. Samsung Taiwan better get it together with the after sales support.

If I could give this store a 0 option I would. After 4 years in Asia this is the rudest and most unprofessional female manager I have ever encountered. After immediately purchasing a new watch I noticed the color was not rose gold but bright pink. Although I was unsatisfied with the color the staff was kind and I decided to just leave it as that. Until I was told that it's NOT charging properly (A BRAND NEW) watch I said no I preferred the black one anyways. I was told that would be difficult because the box was just opened. So I asked for my money back to go to a different location. BUT the staff insisted that they would ask the manager on my behalf. She came looking like someone was bothering her with an attitude and said NO they don't have the black and proceeded to tell me to take the gray. Then even proceeded to argue about a refund because the box was opened. I said NO and had to get loud for my request to be processed. NEVER again will I patronize this location this was a poor representation of the company that has always provided me with such great customer services.
