★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the reaction from the agent was cold. for an phone just few days after the the warranty they want to charge 5500 NTD (200 USD) which doesn't not include the repair fee ... worst of all they will not guarantee the display decolouration will be resolved. very poor experience. I'm furious and disappointed that I have to deal with this for their top of the line flagship (note 9). a phone that become useless after a year. their gorgeous AMOLED display only please your eye for 360 days and then it's just torture to look at with yellowish color and horizontal lines. #Samsungtaiwanbadaupport #note9terribledisplay #note9onlygoodforoneyear

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The attendant was good in explaining about my phone's situation and how much it will cost. They even provided a temporary phone for me so that they can call and inform me just incase there would be other concerns and if the phone is ready for claiming.
It only took 4hrs waiting time if the parts are available and if there are no other concerns aside from the damaged screen. All in all the good costumer service ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful. Speak English. They were very busy when I arrived but the wait was not too long. They all work very efficiently and seem to be very caring. Would definitely recommend this repair place. Unfortunately my note 8 + was not sold here in Taiwan so they were unable to repair my charging port which came dislodged. They did recommend a wireless charger and actually offered me a free cord. All worked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funny on their very different attitude of service person at the shop...!?! First one receiving us saying no and none to whatever questions we brought up to him about our enquiries re the accessories of Samsung S10 plus and Note products while we turned to the others who saved all our purposes coming to the shop with very tentative attitude and helpful tips...!?! How it can be so different when our walking out of the door with satisfied mood..?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in because I cracked my tablet slightly on the edge to replace the screen. 8000 NTD is not cheap but that's not what led me to my bad rating, as it was my fault and screens are expensive. At that point I had the tablet for about a year.
However, two days after they replaced my screen, the screen didn't work and a day after a small crack from the inside was visible. At that point I had barely moved or used the tablet, so it obviously had to be a problem with the repairs.
Nevertheless they said I broke the screen again... From the inside and in the scope of two days... And that they would charge me another 6000 NTD to replace it. In addition they gave me back the screen with what was now a large crack across the whole tablet.
What an absolute rip-off. Why would I ever trust this repair service or buy another Samsung product if this is how they treat their customers.
