四月10號買了一台你們家的電視,4/14送來安裝好 ,當時配的那隻遙控器不靈敏,當時技術說會回報客服,我一直等到六月才得到回覆,然後說要送一隻備用遙控器 要我把舊的那隻送回去他們檢測,結果被用遙控器更爛,打去客服問,客服說不在提供備用遙控器,叫我將就點用,我送修的那隻遙控器要等7-10天才會再寄回給我,我到底買了啥啊? 我真心看不懂 。 同時買兩台電視 ,國際牌的售後服務還做得比你們好100倍。 學學吧⋯。

買了三星的東西,不到一個月就出問題,打電話反應請派工程師來看,客服總是ㄧ而再,再而三的打電話問我到底發生什麼問題,叫我自己先測試什麼,TMD我東西有問題,你就是來處理就是了,跟我囉哩八唆ㄧ堆,為何不把打電話的時間用來檢查我的東西問題到底在哪?我不是花幾千塊,是花幾萬塊!得到這樣的結果,你能接受嗎? 工程師來第一次後,問題一樣沒有解決!最近又出問題了,總公司一樣打電話來確認了3次!確認個屁啊!本來不火大都被你確認到火大! 之前還有客服說要回電,結果沒回,還一直跟我爭論,我長這麼大真的沒遇過這麼瞎的客服!我客訴粉專,也是已讀不回!粉專甚至沒得給評論!(很怕吧) 今天才想到要來這裡給ㄧ顆星,殊不知這裡的評語是一顆星一面倒!我真擔心不知道還有多少人要受這種苦! 我自從買了這個東西之後,除了時常擔心它又壞,還要擔心面對客服,因為跟客服講話會氣死我自己!產品爛,服務也爛!到底這間公司是在幹嘛的?!

極惡!最低! 2021年6月18日於三星商城購買usb線一組,並由三星提供之交易訂單匯款資料進行匯款成功。 然而在三星方卻無訂單資料以致無法出貨,當日反應,經過兩星期我多次聯絡仍不見處理。 真不知道一條線的訂單問題,2星期處理不來是這些相關人員能力太差?那就收收回家吃自己(包含找這些人的人資部也收收好了)。 還是問題太難了需要找CIA 還是FBI 美國太空總署才能處理?那三星收一收回韓國好了 投訴消保會處理中!! 註:詢問三星客服,無法回答其公司是否有內外部客訴系統或人評(可能鬼在打考勤),消費者需三思! 收錢不辦事,有貨不出貨,這種集團不是電視新聞常報導的……
