★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this beef noodle place by chance and boy it was great! Ordered the large portion and when it came we were mildly shocked of how big it was. Totally worth it if you’re sharing it for two. The shredded tofu skin is amazing, it was served thinly on top of soy sauce and scallion oil. I cannot rave this place enough. The noodle is springy and comes with a bite. None of that mushy texture, broth is rich, dark and delicious! I love it!!!!
