打了一個禮拜,今天也打了165通,因為居隔書一直收不到,確診六天後收到了,但是姓名是錯誤的,已經自己先上網查過了需要洽詢相關單位作修改,但問題是衛生所都打不進去,打通了也沒人接聽,官網寫的訊息也都看過了就是沒得到幫助才打電話的啊⋯⋯ 而且上面顯示還只有早上8:30-11:00為營業時間,過11:00電話就打得通了,但是會變成無人接聽。

4月份居隔到現在都沒收到接觸者居家隔離通知書,官網上面訊息不夠明確,只寫4/28以前的接觸者請跟衛生局申請,然後接觸者Google表單停用,貴所的電話就算接通也被掛電話無從詢問!只好今日早上8:15到現場排隊,結果衛生所竟然連門口都不讓進,現場人員只會吼叫大家回去填寫Google表單,詢問問題還要被門口穿著粉色護理服的小姐兇,要求大家不準靠近她,她還沒確診,你們通通後退不要害我確診,現場不會給你們申請,也不會給你們紙本之類的話語,態度極差!最後出來一位男性工作人員,直接大吼叫大家下去,全部將大家趕到1樓,不給上樓?第一次被公家機關像趕狗一樣被趕走…裡面包含很多不會上網只能到現場詢問的老人,不知道三重區衛生所為何而成立?還不如不要開門算了!這麼擔心害怕還要在衛生所工作?新北市長不打算做些什麼來改善這狀況嗎? 後來去「過圳活動中心」詢問得知:確診者如果有填報自主疫調,只要系統內有資料,「接觸者」可以至過圳活動中心開立居隔書!但是只限「接觸者」喔!終於本人也順利拿到後補的居隔書了,希望各位一切順利!平安!

問個問題接電話的態度真的很糟糕,我好聲好氣問問題,接電話的女生態度好像我欠他依樣 我 :請問沒收到通知會是資料上的錯誤嗎 ? :我怎麼知道你資料有沒有缺,有問題去填寫google表單 我:大概會多久收到紙本 :至少三個禮拜 全程態度有夠不好,我沒有欠你,而且至少三個禮拜?那最久我不就直接等到根本不需要的時候? 電話也根本打不進去打了兩天破百通才打進去。 真的不用帶情緒上班,沒有人沒事會去找麻煩,都是有問題才去的。 通知書也是要等很久,現場去還不一定有,填表單不就是為了快一點,還等至少三個禮拜? 我不能理解,效率真的不高就算了,還越拖越久,是不想開證明? 這服務態度真的很糟。

謝謝三重衛生局的公職人員,5/22禮拜日還在加班,幫忙處理確診者及密切關係人的居隔單。 我媽媽跟姐姐4/27~28號確診,這一個月來,我聽從衛生局人員的指示,上網登入衛生局填寫資料,耐心等待。 今年4月疫情又再度爆發,確診者跟框列家人太多,造成系統消化不良,有些資料,或許也不見,但是你們總是細心的告知我們該怎麼做,怎麼處理。 謝謝您們。 希望大家可以互相體諒她們的辛苦。 也謝謝醫護人員。

致電1922確認到一下自己被分配到的快篩試劑劑量有問題,1922也請我再問一次衛生所,因此於今天15:37致電三重區衛生所(通話時間7分鐘)。由一位男性人員接聽,完全沒有要解決我的問題,不停跳針說無法確定我什麼時候過去領取,我提出「還是可以給他我的資料請主管單位調閱查證」,又開始一直跳針說自己沒有權限。甚至過程中詢問其他相關事項還跟其他人嬉鬧,最後掛我的電話,直接告訴我他無法解決,態度極差。如果像衛生所都是雇用這種人,無法提供專業協助及專業知識,態度輕浮,那誰來幫市民們解決問題呢? 真心祝福大家打電話過去衛生所不要是這位人員接聽,不然他只會掛你的電話告訴你無法解決。

疫情期間很多市民未收到居隔通知或紙本 造成很多民眾困擾需親自跑一趟衛生所 今天看到一幕滿誇張一事,也見識到衛生所人員辦事效率與態度,我與朋友抵達公所時間16:20左右,外面有數位民眾排隊等辦理,公所人員也出來要大家排隊照順序,期間發生一位男士進入詢問有人可否協助,卻被一位著背心女士直接說“你不可以進來” 間接引爆男士脾氣大聲反問“為什麼不能進來”公所是服務民眾辦理的地方,倘若不能入內能否有一位協助外面等待民眾,過程中男士將在外被驅趕的心情引爆,口氣對內大聲嚷嚷導致公所人員報警處理,吵鬧之間有位辦公人員出來說這是防疫區本來就不能進入。 在這裡可以理解疫情期間,各公家機關相對會做好防護,可是想說的是不能入內,看這麼多人在外等待是否可以用個“告示牌”或是有位義工人員說明,至少就不會有無謂的衝突在。 有時間與民眾大小聲吵鬧,會比花5分鐘時間說明來的好嗎? 不讓民眾進入乾脆大門關起來,要不就一位做在門邊的服務人員協助說明,簡單的事不做搞的這麼複雜,雖然男士聲音之大口氣也不是很好,有沒有想過你們公所的態度就好嗎? 我是現場人員看的很清楚,不能進入不能問也沒有人協助,請問你們到底在幹什麼? 後來警察人員到你們卻有耐心說明發生的過程,這不是好笑嗎? 如果你們也花5分鐘時間說明截止收件時間,請民眾明天再來辦理,或是現在疫情嚴重,不開放入內辦理,其實大家都能理解與體會,而不是一直傻傻在那等待造成不必要的傷害與時間浪費。 真的建議你們教育訓練或服務態度要調整一下。沒有人願意確診沒有人要互相吵鬧,事情也是一體兩面的。

Good experience here. Most of the staff did not speak English but they were trying very hard for our benefit. It was greatly appreciated. If you're reading this. Thank you! We had to go in here for an MMR shot for our baby and they were very nice and helpful. It was nice that they let us hold our baby for the shot. At some clinics they make you put the baby down on the bed which tends to make them cry more since they're not feeling as safe.
