★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come after 6pm. Lots of food and games. Not that crowded, more locals than tourists. Spoke with one of the vendors and he said they've seen a decline in visitors since most families are moving away from town. Nevertheless, the stalls are still going strong and food are as amazing or even better than the famous taipei ones!

One stall in particular stood out--Costa Rican food! Where in Taiwan can you get Costa Rican food? I am from New York, and I never even found a Costa Rican restaurant there!
