高雄三鳳宮官方網站，所祀主神為中壇元帥哪吒太子，舊名三鳳亭，又稱為三塊厝太子爺廟，建於清康熙年間，至今已三百餘年矣。本宮服務項目包含：太子光明燈、玉皇光明燈、佛祖光明燈、太歲燈、求籤等。
