操作畫面配色完全不提示下一步按鈕，看了半天也不知道繼續操作的邏輯在哪，甚至連按鈕圖示和顏色都看不出那是按鈕，你們系統畫面是用小畫家還是Word做的，真的很神奇。
機台旁邊連簡易操作流程圖說也沒有，服務人員「主動」過來解說又一副不耐煩的態度，沒人拜託你幫忙好嗎？
下次會記得多繞點路去中油為自己加油，謝謝。

The color matching of the operation screen does not prompt the next button at all. After reading for a long time, I don’t know where the logic of continuing the operation is. 1. 一開始要輸入車號就卡關，第一個，輸入框太小，很容易忽略，第二個，有人加油在輸入車號的嗎？若非會員積點，有此必要性嗎？
2. 沒有清楚指示下一步的步驟，會讓使用者愣在原畫面。
3. 下一步的按鈕可以做大一點，明顯一點，畢竟圖像化的畫面比較容易上手。
這次加油大概卡關兩到三次，還好有工作人員在旁協助，但全自助的原則應該是要讓使用者簡單上手。
以上是習慣用中油自助的使用者我的建議

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現已改成全自助加油站，這對初學者可能有點難，但如果用習慣會很好用，並省錢。
我摸索一陣後得到正確的攻略應該是：
1.先下載「山隆pay」的app。
2.加入會員後先儲值，不想儲太多的可以用1000元試試，但我上下班都會經過永康交流道，所以已經儲值一萬五，可得1.5%的等值紅利回饋，所以等於賺225元，但儲值方式只能用銀行帳戶現金轉帳，不能用刷卡儲值，這點對某些使用者來說，就較不方便。
3.在加入會員時就已經要先設好「支付密碼」，加入會員後可以在「個人資訊」中，設定好所有相關資料，包括「發票」就選「存放載具」並輸入載具，「我的車號」先輸好家中所有會來加油的車號，「預設交易方式」選「儲值金」並選「折扣預設優惠」。這些步驟非常重要，因為只要一次設定好之後，往後加油就很簡單。
4.當這些資料設好後，加油時只要將車開進加油站停好，它就有自動車牌辨識功能，會自動讀到你的車號，並連結到上面都設好的會員帳戶，只要在機器中選擇已辦識之車號，並輸入「交易密碼」，這樣就可以開始加油，並從原先儲值金扣款。
5.加完油後放回油槍，機器就會自動從帳戶扣儲值金，列印收據後就算完成。
6.這個加油站會員認定是認車牌加「支付密碼」，只要家中其他人開這台車來加油，也只要輸入「支付密碼」就可從會員儲值金扣款。其他人不需再下載app，且我一個會員帳戶就連結了3台車，所以我們家族的人都可共用我的帳戶做支付，把車開來，自動辨識，輸入我的密碼就都可從我帳戶扣款。這樣大家都可享受儲值金加油折扣3元的福利，真的省很大。
這對常來這加油且有下載app的人很方便，但如果是非會員來這第一次使用的，可能會覺得很麻煩，這也是我常去時都沒看到什麼車在排隊的原因，但對常用的人來說，真的很好用。
