★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just Ok, nothing special. Staffs are great especially housekeeper. I just dislike carpet floor which made the air not so fresh. The wall is thin enough that you could hear every move in 29 m. Internet never been stable throughout our stay. Location is excellent. For value of money, I give 2 from 5 scores

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very happy with the rooms. The people at the lobby and front desk were very helpful and approachable. The breakfast buffet was really good everyday. Wifi was a bit weak, by aside from that, I had a good experience. I was never disturbed while resting in my room, however, staff always found their time to keep it clean and fully stocked. Location is really good. If I ever do back to Taipei, this will be my first option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beds in the twin room were very comfortable, just the right balance between soft/hard. Excellent location and views from the higher floors. Helpful staff. Room booked online for a Friday night was NT$2,000. Great price. I will definitely stay again.

Their devision of work is kinda weird. The front desk is in the dark, and he doesn't know what going on out there. The announcement seems pretty absurd and contradictory.
I can't be the only one experience this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was fine, but it's kind of old and the carpet, wallpaper, etc. need to be updated. Room was fine and service was very good. Restaurant seems to serve only buffet for breakfast and dinner. Walls must be pretty this because I could hear a couple enthusiastically having sex one night.
Not quite centrally located, but very convenient to public transportation, and on a direct bus route from the airport (fare was $3 US). Lots of inexpensive shopping and eating available in the neighborhood. Seems popular with tourists from mainland China.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Originally traditional 4 star hotel (over 40 years) now turn to as quarantine hotel at present.
Actually their service quality as well as facilities still remain as that time, so seems like not really of value as 4-star, possibly declined to 2-star leve. If you expect 4-star service, recommend you to look for other hotels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here during two-week long quarantine! The staff was very quick to bring deleveries up and answered questions quickly. The rooms were a little old, but I don't think any room would have been perfect during quarantine.
