Only on one occasion was I disappointed, the person I had was definitely new, as the owner had to intervene halfway through and decided to finish. That was probably over a year ago, have had no issues since then. They have an employee schedule so I'm sure if you stay with the same person you'll probably have a more stable experience but I haven't bothered with it personally.
