I have gone here the last few times I have had my hair done and i always leave very happy. The employees are friendly and care about how you feel about your hair. Live this place.

It seems to take longer for a hair dye and cut than in the US/Canada, but prices are comparable and probably cheaper considering Taiwan figures the tax into the price. There are dozens of SD shops all over Linkou, but I would recommend this one. Ask for Jasper or Magda.
