提前一天與貴店設計師預約成功,並且提早到店,但似乎是因為月底的關係,因此感覺店內挺忙碌。 因為同是服務業因此可以體諒設計師與助理們的辛苦,所以期間幾次設計師與助理不在的時候,我也沒有抱怨或表達不好的情緒。 殊不知將心比心卻讓我從16:30坐到23:00,其中有將近快3個小時都是在位置上乾等,助手雖然執行著設計師指派的步驟卻沒有用心(直接用沾有染劑的手撥弄我已經沖洗吹乾的頭髮,導致染劑卡頭髮上還沒有處理,是我自行反應才有其他助理協助擦掉) 爾後設計師終於接完上一位客人的頭髮,緊接替我接髮,不知道是否因為趕著閉店下班,她的動作明顯比服務上一客人的時候還要粗魯(上一位客人的位置就在我旁邊,對待該位客人的時候動作是小心輕柔的)不但直接用尖尾梳用力梳開打結頭髮,尖尾的部分好幾次差點劃到我的眼睛,接髮時也不斷拉扯我的頭皮(之前在別間用都沒這個情況)最後使用電棒的時候,不只一次,電棒直接燙到我的耳朵並且紅起來,就只有說一聲對不起然後繼續捲頭髮。 即便最後成果不差,但說真的服務真的大打折扣,大家上班都很辛苦,我也是下班就立刻過去貴店提早報到,也付了不小的金額,就是希望自己能有一次滿意舒心的體驗,但我想是自己期望過高了。 雖然開店做生意做活動很大部分是因為有收益,但還是希望貴店在接客編排行程上能夠謹慎評估,看了過去的評論,發現不只有我一個,是坐6小時以上還碰不到幾次設計師的,希望在盈利的同時也能兼顧服務品質,不要虎頭蛇尾,忘了初心。

第一次染髮超緊張,kai很細心,還會問我說頭皮會不會痛(因為有漂髮的部分),也不會很尷尬,時不時就會稍微問說會不會累之類的。而且因為我稍微遲到了一點,時間不在預算內,他也還是很認真的幫我染完頭髮。 一開始不知道要染什麼顏色,講一種感覺,kai也會建議你那種顏色比較適合。 然後也很會提醒要如何保養頭髮(因為第一次所以我都不知道要怎麼保養) 染完還特別幫我做造型!!!真的很漂亮

大推Kino~ 施作內容:漂、染、護 染前都會很仔細的跟顧客討論希望的感覺和風格 到目前為止去了很多次 從來都沒有失望過 中間會不斷來關心顧客的狀況 比起別的店面設計師看5分鐘 中間完全沒出現收錢時才出現真是好太多了 店內助理也都很專業做事一點都不隨便 還會認真仔細解釋每個護髮步驟 看到別的評論有討論到設計師只出現一下 我覺得能體會設計師會有其他客人需要服務 畢竟他們本來就是靠接客人才能賺錢 如果一直要求設計師要全程服務在旁邊 我倒覺得不合理 他們是賣技術又不是賣身 也要讓人家賺錢啦? 不能理解的人也沒關係 就別約哩 這樣我才能在滿滿的預約中有一個預約空位??

第一次在臺北用頭髮雷到的店,預約了Kino設計師,到了現場後討論的時間不到5分鐘就去忙其他客人,同一個時段同時處理了3個以上的客人,在溝通上沒有溝通好就開始給助手用頭髮,本來的助手還不錯,突然換一個助手來用很不專業,我燙了非常多次的縮毛在用的過程中就有說力道太輕感覺沒夾好,後來還沒有再溝通討論後就直接開始染髮,設計師只再最後補幾次夾直,重點是完全沒有判斷我的髮質去調酸鹼度就直接讓助手染??染劑放超級久頭皮已經刺痛到不行,以我瞭解我的髮質染劑也不能放太久,助手還過來說再忍一下,結果沖水時問我有沒有買護髮,我說沒有,沖完水就連一點的潤髮乳都沒上就要起來吹乾,果然要吹前一摸頭髮,爆掉了?????我自己染都沒有爆過給髮廊染爆了???染劑放那麼久怎麼可能頭髮不會壞,更何況設計師根本就沒有評估髮質直接調,最後結果就是加購京煥羽總共花了7550,幫我用頭發的助手竟然只塗一點點??????3500的京煥羽護髮1劑上完蒸一下後只塗2.3下的2劑馬上就去沖水??我還問頭頂的頭髮不用塗嗎,她跟我說上面的頭髮不會壞???坐了6個小時預約的設計師沒來幾分鐘,這樣的話我何必還特別預約這個設計師?總而言之在乎頭髮髮質的人要小心,我也絕對不會再去了。
