餐點感覺像半自助套餐式 中午、晚餐套餐不一樣 前菜、湯品、點心無限享用 可能是因疫情關係 服務人員會先送一整套享用後 喜歡可以再追加 服務人員都非常親切 開放式廚房 非常乾淨

與朋友相聚的好地方。商務午餐也會是好選擇。開胃小點跟餐後甜品都是無限量。但個人認為好吃的是主餐(個人觀感)當日湯品還不錯 熱呼呼的。 環境優雅,適合洽公。下次有機會會再訪。對於食量大的人算很友善。

高雄洲際酒店 SEEDS大地全日餐廳 午餐 在去年洲際即將開幕的時候 發起免費試住的徵選活動 沒有選上則收到活動參加感謝禮 吃餐廳(全日餐廳、湛露中餐廳)或住宿就可兌換開幕限定酒款一瓶(紅酒或白酒) 終於等到今年來看燈會的時候順道把酒帶走 -- 大地餐廳是住宿吃早餐的地方 在一樓中央吧台的旁邊 狹長的空間沒有很大 午晚餐是點主餐,其他自動配套開胃菜、麵包、例湯、甜點、茶或咖啡 開胃菜甜點可以無限續點 這天開胃菜6樣、甜點5樣、麵包3種 吃哪一樣喜歡都可以續點 氣泡水或礦泉水,水資80元 開胃菜…綜合水果盅、時蔬黎麥、馬鈴薯泥、生牛肉沙拉、雞肉沙拉、鮮蝦水果沙拉,加點了牛肉、鮮蝦 麵包熱呼呼的,附上一碟奶油 記得留一些沾濃湯或其他醬汁,增添一點變化 例湯是洋蔥濃湯 -- 主餐點了叻沙麵 好久沒出國,懷念在新加坡賭場半夜吃的咖哩叻沙麵 東南亞重口味,香辣渾厚的椰漿湯底難以忘懷 第一次吃叻沙就在新加坡 所以之後吃到的口味很少超越 這次的叻沙不會很辣 想吃更辣的可以沾另外附的辣醬 沾了之後有接近當初的味道 但新加坡的湯更濁更渾厚(有很多香料留在裡面) 叻沙麵超大碗公 想說完蛋前面都嗑光,還加點開胃菜 面對大蝦、干貝、鮑魚這幾個重頭戲 還是乖乖埋頭吃 但叻沙的美味不莫過於幾顆小油豆腐 吸了飽滿的湯汁 一口咬下流瀉於整個口腔 -- 甜點…糖漬水果凍、卡士達泡芙、巧克力蛋糕、香蕉布蕾、荔枝布蕾 最推荔枝布蕾,清香解膩,瞬間打開甜點胃 甜點一個個像精品一樣 全部排開像在開舞會 滿意的為這個餐期做結尾 -- 先前看youtuber說會吃很飽要準備肚子來 想說套餐有可能嗎 事實上吃到不要不要的 精緻賞心悅目又滿足 專人服務不用自己走動取餐 聰明的菜單設計 因為空間限制,它不做自助式 反而有區隔特色 迎合大眾要吃飽的心理 但也符合整體酒店的精緻走向 -- 從入口接待引位、放置餐巾、倒水、上開胃菜、上麵包、上主菜、整理桌面、上甜點、結帳 前後大約經歷4、5位服務人員 只要坐著動嘴巴聊天聚餐就可以被餵的飽飽的 有IHG會員記得先準備會員號碼,可以打9折 是否也太寵愛了吧 -- 兌換的紅酒酒標有洲際的logo在裏頭 查了google大神 是法國南部朗格多克的嘉薩酒莊Moulin de Gassac-Guilhem 適飲溫度18-19度C 鮮豔的深紅色,複雜的香氣,帶有一絲紅色漿果(櫻桃、黑莓、草莓)和香料等香氣。 柔和果味,柔軟的單寧結構,極其細緻,尾韻綿長而滑順,真實地反映它的“風土”的質樸。 是餐酒可以搭配牛肉、義大利麵 嘉薩酒莊Moulin de Gassac-Guilhem 葡萄酒愛好者不可不知道的著名酒莊,擁有多處天然湧泉、山丘和地中海的影響,有著涼爽的氣候。超過40種,源自世界不同地區的稀有葡萄品種,堅持傳統的有機種植方式,灌木叢散發的特殊香氣,讓嘉薩酒莊產出之葡萄酒擁有豐富的香氣口感與令人驚艷的品質。

菜單是每季更換,圖片是四月的菜色(忘記拍菜單?) 加完服務費大約$3000/人 這季的晚間菜單只有兩個主食可以選 魚/牛,其他選項可以問當天供應狀況來加價選。當天我們是原價換雞胸、加價換戰斧豬;雞胸處理得很好,皮脆肉多汁,很像雞腿肉的口感; 戰斧豬外圍有一層脂肪搭配粉嫩的瘦肉部份很剛好。 前菜的部份最喜歡農場蛋,外表像溫泉蛋、中間部份像半熟起司蛋糕的口感,不會太液態且沒有蛋腥味。然後開胃小點跟沙拉的調味和食材結合得很爽口,蝦、玉米脆皮、蕃茄、小黃瓜的組合有墨西哥菜的感覺,我個人很喜歡! 個人覺得整體菜色都合我胃口,而且可以吃得非常飽!考量到價格和主食選項所以給四星,是還會想回訪的餐廳~
