★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9月續約購買galaxy21+並貼玻璃保護貼&包膜,這幾天狂試指紋辨識,辨識成功率很低,有回到神腦詢問店員,現場分別新增指紋測試,當下還算順利。但是隔天及隔隔天繼續試,成功率還是很低,今天去三星南紡店詢問,店員說超音波指紋辨辨識的機種不建議玻璃保護貼,我有問三星店員,是不是代銷業者不知道,對方回應從之前的機種就已經有建議不要貼了,代銷業者應該會知道。
或許身為消費者的我也應該在購買前做好功課,不過也希望代銷的電信公司能協助在銷售時把可能的狀況先告知消費者,讓我們有機會取捨要不要貼保護貼。
In September, I renewed my contract to purchase galaxy21+ and attached a glass protector & wrapper. I tried fingerprint recognition madly these days, and the recognition success rate was very low. I went back to Shennao to ask the store clerk, and the fingerprint test was added on site. However, I continued to try the next day and the next day, and the success rate was still very low. I went to the Samsung Nanfang store to inquire today. The clerk said that the ultrasonic fingerprint recognition model does not recommend glass protection stickers. I asked the Samsung clerk if it is not a consignee I know, the other party responded that there have been suggestions not to post from the previous model, and the agency dealer should know.
Perhaps, as a consumer, I should also do my homework before buying, but I also hope that the telecom company that sells it can help inform consumers of the possible situation when selling, so that we have the opportunity to choose whether to stick a protective sticker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天下午有點下雨,女朋友手機放在機車前面置物空間(雨沒很大,手機沒有淋到雨但可能有噴到一點點雨),後來要用的時候手機就怪怪的,打開當初去米可買的手機盒子(大概買兩、三個禮拜),看到是神腦代理,2019/08/31下午5點左右去位於東寧路的神腦,一位戴眼鏡胖胖的劉ㄓˋ齊先生為我們服務,一進去他的態度就極度的惡劣,手機拿給他也沒拆開來檢查,看了一下鏡頭有一點點水霧,就說這隻手機沒救了,說鏡頭有水霧手機還有點熱熱的,只能直接換一隻手機(所以他的意思是華碩的手機沒淋到雨只是噴到幾滴水就沒救了?),整個詢問的過程態度都很不友善,根本沒有要修理的意思,所以這就是代理商應該有的態度?覺得他真的太扯了滿口胡言亂語根本不想理他直接走人,他最後還補一句你去其他家也一樣沒救了,實在是沒品到極點,後來去其他家詢問,一聽到可能有碰到水馬上就說他先拆開來檢查看看,然後就說只有一點點碰到水,然後吹乾就好了,手機放他們那邊3小時就一切恢復正常,這兩種情況很難分辨?另一間說只要吹風吹3小時,神腦這邊說沒救了一定要直接買新手機,所以這就是神腦的維修能力?直接叫客人換一隻新手機,這樣誰不會?那大家都可以開手機維修中心了阿莫名其妙欸,這真的是有史以來最差的消費經驗,神腦也不是什麼小公司,代理的手機也不少,這次經驗之後,以後真的是不敢買神腦代理的手機,服務態度這麼惡劣完全沒有要幫忙解決問題,誰還敢在這裡消費?

Buying the mobile phone of Shennao agent, the service attitude is so bad, there is absolutely no need to help solve the problem, who dares to consume here?
