在這裡新辦門號+手機，當時店員拜託我們+保險，說三個月自動就會解約！我們想說幫忙一下，蠢到相信，之後每個月收到帳單都去解約保險，還被店員笑，沒有什麼合約是自動會解除的，那我們還是很有耐心請他幫忙解約保險，沒有一次成功！門市又要等很久....上次遇到一個太太去解約，他們也是不讓解約，這間店請大家注意，非直營店，態度很有問題！解約也讓你簽名，但是根本沒有解除！
