推環境舒適不擁擠、教練很親和、講解用心,一對一教學可以指出動作不足的部分。課程循序漸進不會一開始就高強度,對於先前零運動又想有所突破的我來說,也不會太負擔。

教練們非常專業,用幾個簡單的動作即可看出身體部位是不是有不舒服,那些地方需要加強或放鬆。課程會根據體能狀況客製化調整,循序漸進給菜單,針對訓練動作需要注意的地方不斷提醒,並在訓練中即時指出錯誤的地方。上完課後也會教放鬆及伸展的方法,在家裡可以自行訓練,也會給予飲食上的建議。在訓練中遇到心理障礙會變身成心靈導師給予開導及想法。開始訓練後很期待每次的上課及享受訓練完的痠痛。

教練非常的專業,才經過一個月(1週2次)的訓練,每天早起快閃到腰的痛感都沒有了,也已經好一陣子沒有用護腰帶了,現在也敢舉起啞鈴和壺鈴等重物,以前為了治療閃腰痛,去過竹北最知名骨科自費針灸診所,物理治療所,新竹市知名整復所,買過按摩椅,律動機,電週波等等,但生完小寶寶後,閃到腰狀況更加頻繁,連做瑜珈伸展也快閃到,最後才找上Sean fitness, 教練不厭其煩地糾正我的姿勢和呼吸, 讓我每個肌肉群都訓練到,雖然剛上課前2週,運動完後全身痠痛好幾天,不過第三週開始,難度增加了,雖然還是很累很累,但酸痛感卻減少很多,肚子也比以前硬,再回去上瑜珈課後,很多需要肌力的動作,也莫名變得容易,我也才理解原來肌力才是所有運動的根本(只上一個月,純個人分享而已!!?)

Although I was still very tired, the soreness was reduced a lot, and my stomach was harder than before. After going back to yoga class, many needed muscle strength. It's inexplicably easier, and I also understand that muscle strength is the foundation of all sports (only last month, purely personal sharing!! ?)
