My little one was prescribed to have keto diet so I started to purchase MCT formula. Lately, I got one can was only half packed with different formula podwer. Of course I wouldn't let my kid have it. Call Santosa customer line two times, she only kept saying she is not sure when their sales would have time to pick the wrong item. I am not happy with her attitude and the way their company handles the issue. I am a frequent customer and I would start to consider other brands.
The children in the family have to eat raw materials, so I started buying MCT formula milk, and it was good for a period of time. I recently received a can of milk powder that is only half a can and the powder is so different, so the children didn’t rush to drink it and called to customer service. They just pushed back and forth. I didn’t feel like handling it immediately. I kept saying that it depends on whether the business has time to get it. . Originally bought every month, it seems that I need to reconsider another home.
