★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近天氣冷又下雨，學生裡面搭穿保暖外套，外面一樣穿著學校外套，結果學校老師居然說不能，如果學生感冒了，學校是否要負責任，老師都穿的保暖了，為什麼學生卻不行？剛查了一下教育部的規定如下。
教育部於2020年修正高中、國中、國小服儀法規時，已明訂「天氣寒冷時，學校應開放學生在校服內及外均可加穿保暖衣物」，教育部強調，只要學生主觀上覺得冷，就不應該限制學生穿禦寒衣物於外。
The weather is cold and rainy recently. The students wear warm jackets inside and school jackets outside, but the school teacher actually said no. If a student catches a cold, will the school be responsible? The teachers are wearing warm clothes, so why can’t the students? Just checked the Ministry of Education regulations as follows.
When the Ministry of Education revised the regulations on uniforms for high schools, middle schools, and elementary schools in 2020, it clearly stipulated that "when the weather is cold, schools should allow students to wear warm clothes inside and outside the school uniform."
