D	Dave Shen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The check-in time is not flexible at 6pm, so technically you are only paying for 18 hours of stay at this place, which is pricey in itself. Room has no windows and it felt really stuffy, food was really bad and service wasn't good per my experience. I wojldnt recommend at all and would never come back here

Front counter lady at the hot spring was rude to my wife. My wife ended up leaving the place without using their facilities which is a shame as I booked it for her to enjoy hotspring and left disappointed. I would caution against this place.
C	Chian Song Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay here during early October for 2 days. The location is near the Xing Bei Tou metro. It is near to a 7-11 as well. It is walking distance to the park as well. The hotel deco has a rather olden oriental style. The room were clean and the toilet and personal hot spring tub is spacious and could fit 2 - 3 people. It allows for both cold and hot spring water. Tried the public hot spring pool that is opened till 11pm, it has both cold and hot pool and a sauna as well. The breakfast provided was quite decent with its variety of eastern and western food. Although the western food are not as nice. I personally like the porridge mixed with different dishes.

Very Expensive, about the same price as a four star hotel. 2. The refrigerator is not covered, creating a loud noise every so often. 3. When other tenants are filling their pools with water, you can hear the noise. 4. The room I was in, located in the basement, felt very stuffy.

But you're here for the hot springs and they don't disappoint! Love the in-room private hot tubs, but the public (gender segregated) hot springs facilities are fantastic!
H	Hans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent hot spring hotel. Each of the more luxury rooms has their own hot spring bath included. The hotel was tidy but slightly confusing with 2 different entrances. The breakfast was typical Taiwanese and overall everything was comfortable and neat. Definitely a recommended place to spend your night

Even though I typically enjoy Taiwanese breakfast, it felt old, cold, and not very nice. The hot spring tubs in the room are nice. The bed is comfortable. Overall not my favorite experience in Xinbeitou.
L	Lionel Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location of this place is great, just a stone's throw away from convenience stores, eateries, scenic spots, and Xin Beitou Station. Rooms are quite nice as they pump in hot spring water into the room's bathroom. The water from the hot spring tap is slightly milky which is pretty legit. The breakfast that they serve is your usual Taiwanese porridge breakfast with a wide variety of dishes. We made use of the hot spring tub and felt it was great. A minor complaint which I had was that the check in is only open from evening onwards. This is due to the hotel catering to daytime hot spring customers, hence they will only allow check in after the daytime window. Overall, it was quite a pleasant stay. Recommended if you want to use the hot springs.
