★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來訪好幾次的咖啡廳，舒適的環境，很適合一個人來放空！咖啡飲品都很好喝，冰的鹽之花上頭放著自製的焦糖塊可以拌著飲料一起食用、熱的維也納咖啡上頭的鮮奶油口感相當滑順，吃起來很爽口不膩。這裡的甜點都是老闆自己自製的，不論是布丁或者是巴斯克蛋糕都可以吃出老闆的用心！推薦來孔廟走走值得一訪！
 The cafe that I have visited several times, the comfortable environment is very suitable for one person to relax! The coffee drinks are delicious. The ice flower of salt is topped with homemade caramel cubes that can be mixed with drinks. The fresh cream on top of the hot Vienna coffee is quite smooth, and it is refreshing and not greasy. The desserts here are all made by the boss himself, whether it is pudding or Basque cake, you can eat the boss's intentions! It is recommended to visit the Confucian Temple and it is worth a visit!

今天我們點了「下雪」和虹吸式單品咖啡「厄瓜多」和巴斯克蛋糕和布丁。
店長還特別拿虹吸式壺手搖厄瓜多咖啡豆，讓我們聞不同階段的咖啡豆香味。我學過虹吸式煮咖啡，但還是第一次遇到店長専業的分享他們咖啡豆。真想買他們咖啡豆回家❤️❤️

Today we ordered "Snow" and siphon single origin coffee "Ecuador" and Basque cake and pudding.
The manager also hand-cranked Ecuadorian coffee beans with a siphon pot, allowing us to smell the aroma of coffee beans at different stages. I have learned how to make siphon coffee, but this is the first time I have met the store manager Sei Ye to share their coffee beans. Really want to buy their coffee beans to take home ❤️❤️
