很海派感覺的老闆，點了小籠包老闆非常堅持要配酸辣湯比較對味。
湯包很純粹好吃，餡料不會有怪味，皮薄而且Q，感覺食材不錯，需要自己調沾醬吃，薑絲很乾淨，可以自取。
酸辣湯也還可以，但酸度跟辣度不高，如果需要要自己在加。
兩樣合在一起是蠻搭的。

The boss who is very Shanghai styled, ordered Xiaolongbao and insisted on serving it with hot and sour soup.
The soup dumplings are very pure and delicious, the fillings will not have a strange taste, the skin is thin and Q, and the ingredients are good, you need to make your own sauce and eat it. The ginger is very clean and you can pick it up.
The hot and sour soup is also ok, but the acidity and spiciness are not high, so if you need to add it yourself.
The two are a good match together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad and overall good quality for the price. The dumpling skins were exceedingly thin. I found the meat in the regular Xiaolongbao to be a little fatty. The shrimp dumplings which were pleated in the more traditional Northern style, were very good, with large chunks of shrimp. On the other hand, the fried tofu cellophane noodle soup and the shredded chicken noodle soup we ordered were extremely bland. There’s a condiment station in the middle of the shop with slivered ginger, soy, vinegar, and chili sauce which we visited several times in order to remedy the blandness of the noodles. Owner was very enthusiastic, bordering on manic. Also, the space was surprisingly spacious and well-maintained. The bathroom, though in dire need of a remodel, was quite clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the price, definitely a good XLB place. A good amount of soup inside each dumpling, skins almost as thin as Din Tai Fung, and tasty fillings in general. Their pork flavor is distinctly different from DTF, which I still prefer, but this is a nice change with no wait and cheaper prices.
