★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中型社區，靠近北鶯公園及鶯歌石，環境還算安靜，面山部份景觀不錯，且離鶯歌火車站很近，步行約10分鐘可達，社區當初建設走平價路線，無豪華的大廳及會客室，公共設施不多平日均有清潔人員打掃，整體還算乾淨，唯地下室停車場規劃不甚理想，停車不很方便，部份空間因管理不嚴成為住戶儲藏東西的地方，地面也因年久失修有很多破洞不甚平順.
社區管理有物業公司負責，雖未盡善盡美，但還算正常一切均按法規辦理
，總結而論，這是一個適合中產階級居住的社區，房價不高，管理費也不高，生活機能適中的地方.

The whole is still clean. However, the parking plan of the basement is not ideal, and parking is not very convenient. Due to disrepair, there are many holes that are not smooth.
The property management company is responsible for community management
In summary, this is a place suitable for middle-class residents, where housing prices are not high, management fees are not high, and life functions are moderate.
