★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為我沒吃牛肉，卻來評牛肉麵店有點不公平，今天外帶了乾意麵、乾麻將意麵、餛飩湯、蛋花湯與一些滷味！
感覺是口味太淡了（有點偏甜）！又放入大量油蔥（蔥油），又感覺太油了！但是麵條口感還不錯！
滷味豬頭肉毛沒清理的很徹底，腱子肉有點柴....
整體感受而言，說不上很好，也不算差，就普通的感受！
但是，這店在當地應該算是老店了（？），或許以一個外地人的味覺來說不是很準，只要當地人能接受，又能獲得好評，也算是一家好店了吧！

In terms of overall feelings, it is not good to say, not bad, just ordinary feeling!
However, this store should be regarded as an old store (?) in the local area. It may not be very accurate in terms of the taste of a foreigner. As long as the locals can accept it and get praise, it is a good store!
