★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stop with pushbikes motorbikes or car. The views are great and public toilets are clean. Coffee shop was closed (Monday). Maybe only open on the weekends. Toilets are on the lower level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good spot for a quick stop or linger or bike around the area (Caoling old rail tunnel and Fulong beach are worthwhile as are the magnificent ocean and mountain views all around). Free parking and clean bathroom, good views for a picnic. Cafe wasn’t open when I was there (Tues), perhaps only on weekends.
