★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 石岡旅客服務中心內有空調及坐位可供旅客入內休息，裡面有委外經營的簡餐可供食用。有飲水機可供補充飲水，但假日人潮較多時可能飲水機會供水不足。室內分別有男廁/女廁及殘障廁所可使用，但假日時女廁較容易擁擠需排隊等候。提供哺集乳室可供小朋友餵奶及換尿布。有旅遊摺頁及諮詢服務台可做旅遊諮詢。受傷時有簡易處理包紮，但裏面無手機充電及脚踏車出租服務。石岡旅客服務中心前自行車道為S轉彎處，常有腳踏車在這摔車受傷，所以行經此處要放慢車速並且不要越過中心線逆向騎乘。每週一及國定假日休館不開放。
The Shigang Passenger Service Center has air conditioning and seats for passengers to rest in, and there are simple meals operated by outsourcing for consumption. There are drinking fountains to supplement drinking water, but when there are many people on holidays, there may be insufficient water supply. There are men's toilets / women's toilets and handicapped toilets in the room, but women's toilets are more crowded during holidays and need to wait in line. A nursing room is provided for children to breastfeed and change diapers. There is a travel leaflet and an information desk for travel consultation. When injured, there is a simple treatment for bandaging, but there is no mobile phone charging and bicycle rental service. The bicycle lane in front of the Ishioka Passenger Service Center is the S-turn, and there are often bicycles who are injured when they fall here. The museum is closed on Mondays and national holidays.

A good place to rest along the Dongfeng Bicycle Path. The toilets are quite clean and they are not charged for toilets like where there are vendors.
