★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going here for a couple months and I’m fed up with this place, I would avoid it. The staff is always rude and looks for every opportunity to hassle you and charge you extra money. They only have one of anything except treadmills and cycles so it always takes forever to get on a machine. If you like people being rude to you and scamming you out of some extra money and then waiting forever to lift you will love this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, comprehensive and recently rennovated sports complex. I think they have the most extensive equipments in their gym compared to other sports complex. They only have 25m pools but it is relatively big and deep compared to others. The best part, it is very near shilin night market so you can go there after your workout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avg gym, the equipment are new, however, the barbell and the free weight zone is still not good enough if you're are Powerlifter, but over all in all the municipal sports center, it's still a lot better than the others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's clean and it's new, but the problem here is that if you're serious about weight lifting, you'll find that the lack of barbell bench's is really annoying. But you'll still be able to do squats and deadlifts here since they do have one power rack, that is if there aren't already 5 people lining up for it. Last time I came here it took about 40 minutes for the power rack to finally clear up. But if you're only going to stay here temporarily I guess it would still do. Though I honestly would recommend finding a small gym instead of going here if you're only going to lift weights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst place to workout in Taipei. I've been trying this place for a while now and every single time the staff has been completely rude and horrible. They bully customers and never smile. They try to find ways to over charge you for anything they can. You need to wait to use machines which is wouldn't even complain about, but the workers are so incredibly horrible I will never come back again. I wouldn't you give them your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second home. I love that I can go whenever for 50/hr. The school gym is only open m-f 5-8pm. There is a good variety in equipment and weights to use. During peak times it does get harder since there are less available stations. There’s a why protein vending machine too! Very cool.
I havent visited anything but the gym.
