★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二號服務櫃檯的王小姐，心情可能不太好，按鈕叫號之後，從頭到尾沒有正眼看過客人，也沒說任何話，服務好之後將存摺還給客人，就去忙別的事，也不說好了沒，令人傻眼。今日6/17再度光臨，其他櫃檯不惶多讓，服務更差，江子翠分行算是新光銀行裡面服務最差的了，難得有銀行服務品質節節退步

After the service is completed, she will return the passbook to the customer and do other things. It’s dumbfounding not to say yes. Visiting again on 6/17 today, the other counters are unsettled and the service is worse. Jiang Zicui Branch is regarded as the worst service in the Shin Kong Bank. It is rare that the quality of the bank service has deteriorated.
