★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近去開戶，沒幾個客人，但開戶的剛好有一位在開。坐在空蕩的大廳等，一直有專員從櫃檯裡面探出頭問我要辦什麼業務（而且不只一個???）隔那麼遠、又帶口罩、又講那麼小聲，聽得清楚妳在講什麼也是很累。
開戶的專員很親切、服務很好?
環境重新裝修後很舒適。
I went to open an account recently. There were not many customers, but one of the account openings happened to be open. Sitting in an empty lobby, a commissioner kept poking his head out of the counter and asking me what business I wanted to do (and there was more than one ???) so far away, wearing a mask, and speaking so quietly, I can hear you clearly. Talking is very tiring.
The commissioner who opened the account is very kind and the service is very good?
The environment is very comfortable after being renovated.
