★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務台人少沒關係, 但是現場都只剩一個在等服務台等了一個小時的客戶了,其他一般櫃檯的人員也似乎也不怎麼在意。
建議換別間或者是你有一輩子的時間可以等的人。
第二顆星是給保全大哥。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開戶等超過20分鐘，還沒辦，不知道要等多久，早上9：40到，前面的等3位，但是從我到銀行，抽號碼後，櫃檯那位客戶一直沒離開，作業速度效率有待改善。只有一位員工，不能請其他工作人員先支援嗎？
