★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could catch up with the late show movie at the last minute due to the speedy ticket issue system they have. One thing I didn't like is the non-friendly user interface they have in ticket machine on 13F floor with no English in it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean theater and seats with comfortable chairs. My go to theater in Taichung. Try to catch movies in the atmos theater as they have larger screens and better sounds.
Would've given this place 5 stars if they had an imax screen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He gave us a porkcorn set order although we already refused and we thought he had changed our bill but after we realize that the bill isn't change! It just cheap 100 Ntd! It almost 830! We didn't want their 40NTD of sweets which he told us it was free?! After realize that we have been cheated, he didn't allowed us to change or cancel the order. OK, We will not going to here anymore. (◣_◢)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to see a movie. Clean and modern. They have a really cool ticket scanner in front of every theater that works just like when you scan your HSR ticket. It might be my imagination, but I feel like they show movies outside of what you normally find at Tiger City. Independent pictures in the like. My biggest complaint is that getting up to the theater by escalator or elevator is extremely slow. It's better at least then getting up to the movie theaters in Top City. Make sure you go early enough do you have time to ride up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Theater is a little old, but not outdated in terms of technology. Only 4 stars because the layout is strange and if you see a movie that isn’t the most popular, you’ll have to walk through an arcade to get there and the signs aren’t clear.
Still, I frequent this place and am always satisfied with the overall quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple years ago I went and the movie stopped playing and they had to refund me my ticket because the theater broke. I took a chance and went again recently. The lobby and food are perfectly fine and I like the way you have to scan your ticket to go in, but the theaters are cramped, the seats are extremely uncomfortable, and look really gross. Plus, the smell of the actual theater is HORRIBLE. It smells like something stale or like mildew/mold is growing in the theater.
