★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020/6/23 上午09:15等到10:20離開，沒完成開戶。開戶人員動作慢，愛理不理人，資料丟給客戶，請客戶自己看自己寫，完全不協助引導客人填寫，等待時間超過一個小時，而且只有2位開戶的客人，就能夠讓人等到天荒地老，最後，放棄新光銀行，改別家有效率服務好的銀行辦理
