硬體一直在發展，軟體沒跟上；毫無效率可言?
只有兩個櫃檯在服務…看來平時等個半小時、一小時是常態～失望。
幫我處理的小姐很快，查詢什麼的也很專業；但是不是開放的櫃檯應該要配合現場來客數做調整（？）人力真的那麼不足嗎@@

問了守衛 才有人來服務
我的前一位是辦開戶 從12:15開始開戶開到13:19才結束 結束後也不叫下一個 等我辦完地址變更 是13:45 足足在銀行裡面等了將近2個小時
玉山及台中商銀行一般櫃檯是可以協助辦理地址變更的手續 就算在華南銀行服務台也沒等超過一個小時
如果不是因為要給星才能評論 我連最低一顆星都不想給 ?

My previous one opened an account from 12:15 to 13:19. After the end, I didn’t call the next one. When I finished the address change, it was 13:45. I waited in the bank for nearly 2 hours.
The general counters of Yushan and Taichung Commercial Bank can assist with the procedures for address change. Even at the service counter of Huanan Bank, it didn't take more than an hour.
I wouldn't even give the lowest star if it wasn't for the star rating ?
