然後原本說卡片要等ㄧ週再電話通知取卡，結果也沒有接到電話通知！要申請網路銀行也忘了要幫我用。行員老是狀況外的感覺。

I was working near Chengde Road in Taipei and came to Shin Kong Bank to open an account. I did not expect the lady at the service desk to say that the residence is not nearby and there are geographical restrictions. Please return to the residence to open an account. My family is in New Taipei City.
